Patricia teaches with emphasis on alignement whilst encouraging the exploration of your own body and breath. Her classes are inclusive, playful and focus on developing tools to access deeper levels of listening to the subtle body in both stillness and movement. She’s a feldenkreis student and likes to weave various somatic and intuitive practices into the asana part of her classes.

As a former competitive swimmer and multiple sports practitioner, Patricia discovered yoga as a complement to her mental and physical training in her teens. After many years of practice, she completed the Yogacampus teacher training in London in 2018, focusing her studies on developing a pranayama practice for her Ayurvedic dosha imbalance. Her training time included an intensive with Katrina Repka, and CPDs by Scarlett Perdereau and Jayne Miller. In 2019, She completed the online Mindfulness and Meditation Training by Michael Stone, and will complete the Pre-and post-natal training by Institut de Gasquet in Paris this Autumn. Patricia has been teaching in London and Switzerland, she practices yoga as a tool which contributes to finding a balanced lifestyle and mean to develop deeper relationships with ourselves and our surroundings.
